This Wednesday we're going to spend time raking leaves within the community (Jr. High) and writing some much needed letters of encouragement (Sr. High). So make sure you bring your rakes and favorite pens!
The goal is to understand WHY we serve AND to spend some time in good, fun fellowship!

Haiti has been hit by a powerful earthquake and we have the chance to help out.
We are participating in World Vision's 30 Hour Famine again this year, sending our funds to help earthquake relief in Haiti. That being said, we are going to be serious about our fundraising this year. If you don't raise ANY money, then don't come.
Well...things in Mexico haven't gotten any better and, as a team, we have decided it is about the experience we walk away with and developing a heart of service, not necessarily where we go.
God hasn't "closed" doors, but has opened others, so we will now be traveling to Catadupa, Jamaica with www.ExperienceMission.org
